Valet Service Departure Procedure:

Call the hotline 30 minutes before your arrival time at Berlin Airport.

Upon arrival, a qualified staff member will receive your vehicle. During key handover, the mileage will be recorded and any damages to the vehicle, if present, will also be noted. That's it. You can now check in your luggage, and your vehicle will be parked by the Valet Parking Berlin Airport in a secure parking space in the parking garage.

Valet Service Arrival Procedure:

Upon your return, simply call the service number again, preferably while waiting for your luggage, and your vehicle will be brought to the terminal of your choice, fully fueled and cleaned, as per your request.
