1) Log in to access the "Manage my booking" section with your arrival date and your email address (the one used to make your booking).
2) Go to the "modification and cancellation" section.
3) Choose the "Cancel booking" option and follow the steps.
Attention! This is a cancellation request, your booking has not yet been canceled! Canceling your parking will always involve fees. Depending on your cancellation insurance. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible!

At Allopark, in collaboration with all the parking providers on the platform, the booking formalities have been made flexible to best meet everyone's expectations and needs. For example, you can fill in 12 h on the booking form in the schedule field. The booking times are only indicative so that the parking staff can organize themselves. You might also not know your flight number. In this case, you can fill in your destination. But rest assured, your booking will be well recorded.
Get flight information
When you book a plane ticket with an airline, you will find all the flight information on their website. You can also find the flight number as well as the departure and arrival times in the email you receive after making a booking. However, this email may arrive a little later, but not at the time of your booking with the ticket provider. As soon as you are informed of your flight details, you must then send them by email or in the manage my booking tab to Allopark, or directly to your parking provider, to complete your booking. You can also modify your booking details yourself, there is a dedicated space for modifications on the platform. Note that in all cases, the modification remains free only as long as the departure and arrival dates remain unchanged.

The itinerary to reach your parking space is also indicated. The parking attendant, or the operations manager will be notified of your arrival, and will receive a copy of this email at the same time as you. But of course, this will depend significantly on the availability of parking spaces. Similarly, you may not have been informed of your departure and arrival times until the last moments, this does not prevent you from making a reservation two days in advance. You can do it yourself on the Allopark website, or contact the parking provider at any time by email or phone to communicate the changes to your travel data.
How do I know if my reservation has been successfully processed?
As soon as you have made your reservation, you will receive the confirmation by email after a few seconds.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the confirmation will only be sent to you once we have received the payment (2 to 3 working days).
The validation of your reservation
Once your form is completed, you can proceed to validation and payment. A few seconds after your reservation, you will receive a confirmation directly displayed on your screen and another one will be sent to you by email. From that moment, your request has been taken into account, you are sure to have a spot. If the parking had been full, it would have been impossible for you to make the reservation. The confirmation email
The confirmation of your reservation that will be sent to you by email at the address you provided will include among other things the booking voucher, the precise itinerary to reach the parking, the instructions for the service you have booked, as well as the phone number of the parking. You can show your booking voucher on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. This serves as proof for the provider that you have indeed made the reservation, allowing your vehicle to access its designated spot.
Can I make a reservation without having the departure and arrival times?
When planning a trip, you may not have the exact times to make a reservation, this is not a problem because you can always modify the times of your reservation later.
Fill out the form and book your parking space
Flight data may be available on the website of the airline you have chosen. You can also find the flight number, departure and arrival times, in the confirmation email when you completed your reservation with the company. However, on Allopark, you can book your parking space in advance even if you do not yet have all your flight data. In your reservation form, fill in all the details that concern you.
For additional details, in the boxes reserved for departure and arrival times, put for example 00:00. Then validate your reservation. You will receive a confirmation. But as soon as you are informed of your departure and arrival times, you must then modify these times for your reservation. You can either do it yourself by going to the Allopark platform, or by sending us this information by email. You will then receive a new confirmation.

In case of cancellation
You have already paid for your reservation, but now you want to cancel it. It is possible to cancel the reservation, within 24 hours before the day of departure. However, this is only possible if you have cancellation insurance. A bank account number may be requested in case of a refund. It should be noted that some services may be indicated as non-refundable, depending on the providers.
Do we need to leave the car keys at the parking lot?
Depending on the airport parking provider or service you have chosen, you may need to leave the keys with the staff. If this is the case, this information is included in the parking information sheet.
For the shuttle service
If you have opted for a shuttle service, you will drive your car to the parking area yourself. It will then depend on the parking provider whether you need to hand over the vehicle keys or not. In the vast majority of parking lots on Allopark, this is not necessary. This information will be communicated to you at the time of your reservation. Even though directions to the parking are provided in the confirmation email of your reservation, in truth, with the valet service, you don't even need to know them. You will go directly to the airport's departure terminal, and an employee from the parking provider will be waiting for you. You hand over your vehicle keys, and they will drive it to its reserved spot. After your trip, an employee will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the arrival hall. However, you must call your provider in advance to inform them of your departure and arrival. This way, your parking provider can organize accordingly. Their number is clearly indicated in your confirmation email.
Nevertheless, all providers on Allopark are parking services near the airport, just nearby. They are easily accessible, and it is unlikely to miss them.
When do the shuttles run from the parking to the airport?
