Managing a parking reservation on Allopark

How do I cancel or modify my reservation ?

You can send us a cancellation request under the 'modification and cancellation' section in the 'Manage my reservation' on our website.

1) Log in to access the 'Manage my reservation' section with your arrival date and email address (the one used to make your reservation).

2) Go to the 'modification and cancellation' heading.

3) Choose the 'Cancel reservation' option and follow the steps.

Please note! This is a cancellation request, your reservation has not been cancelled yet! Cancelling your parking will still incur fees. Depending on your cancellation insurance. If you have not purchased cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible!

I can't find my reservation, what should I do ?

You can receive your reservation again at any time from the 'Manage my reservation' section of our website.

1) Log in to access the 'Manage my reservation' section with your arrival date and email address (the one used to make your reservation).

2) Go to the 'Your reservation' heading.

3) Click on 'Print'.

When will I receive my reservation ?

You will receive your reservation by email within 24 hours (in fact, probably within a few minutes).

Attention! This message may end up in your spam folder (or under the Promotions tab in Gmail).

You can receive your reservation again at any time from the 'Manage my reservation' section of our website.

I haven't received an electronic confirmation despite having paid, what should I do ?

If you haven't received an electronic confirmation despite having paid, this is an anomaly. We can easily assist you. Please contact us via email at info@allopark.com.

How far in advance can I modify my reservation before departure ?

The time at which you can check in online varies depending on the parking. Most parkings allow you to check in online 24 hours before departure.

You can find all the information about online check-in under the heading 'Book' on our website.

 

Make a new reservation

I want to reserve my airport parking in advance ?

By booking your airport parking well in advance through Allopark, you will guarantee yourself a stress-free journey.

You can choose the parking that suits you, and you will be reassured because your parking is secure.

You might even benefit from an exclusive discounted rate for online booking. In case you don't know all the details of your flights, that's not a problem; you can still reserve your parking space through Allopark.

Getting a spot for the best price

On one hand, you want to plan your trip and book your parking space in advance to ensure availability.

On the other hand, you want to take advantage of a low-cost parking spot, the best price possible.

However, you may not have all your flight details yet. At Allopark, in collaboration with all the parking providers on the platform, booking procedures have been made flexible to better meet everyone's expectations and needs.

For example, you can fill in 12:00 in the reservation form in the time field. The reservation times are only indicative so that the parking staff can organize themselves. You may also not know your flight number yet. In this case, you can fill in your destination. But rest assured, your reservation will be recorded.

Getting flight details

When you book a flight with an airline, you will find all the flight information on their website.

You can also find the flight number as well as the departure and arrival times in the email you receive after making a reservation. However, this email may arrive a little later, but not at the moment of your reservation with the ticket provider.

As soon as you are informed of your flight details, you must then transmit them by email or in the 'manage my reservation' tab on Allopark, or directly to your parking provider, to complete your reservation.

You can also modify the details of your reservation yourself; there is a dedicated space for modifications on the platform. Note that in all cases, modification remains free only if the departure and arrival dates remain unchanged.

How to make a reservation ?

If you wish to travel, the most efficient and safest solution to have a parking space near your airport is to reserve through our booking platform Allopark.

The first thing to do is to select the airport

When you arrive on the initial page of Allopark, you must select an airport.

Enter the departure and return dates along with the flight times. As soon as these are entered, the list of parking providers available on Allopark will be displayed, and even better, with their respective offers and rates.

Packages, different services such as shuttles, valet services, optional car washes, etc., will be detailed for each provider. You can even compare offers based on numerous search criteria, according to your own needs.

You will have plenty of choices, and you can even make a sort of quote for each preselected provider.

Book the parking that meets your expectations

Once you have chosen the parking provider that suits you best, you can then proceed easily and quickly with the actual booking.

You only need to fill out the rest of the form to access the secure online payment interface.

Once payment is made, your reservation is validated, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

This email will serve as your booking voucher as well as your payment ticket, proof of payment for the order.

Your booking number as well as your own data and those of the parking will be included.

The itinerary to reach your parking space is also indicated.

The parking attendant or operations manager will be notified of your arrival; they will receive a copy of this email at the same time as you. However, at this stage, it is still possible to modify or cancel your reservation.

Can I book for multiple cars at the same time ?

No, each reservation must be made separately for each vehicle.

Only one reservation per vehicle

You must therefore make the reservations one after the other by filling in all the requested information. To ensure the parking spaces you need, we advise you to book in advance with Allopark.

Park the cars together in a secure area

However, depending on the chosen parking provider, each car will have a different confirmation number, and by extension, its own confirmation email.

The confirmation will be sent to this person, at their email address. All of this is done for the integrity of security at the parking facility.

However, in parking lots, fixed parking spaces often do not exist. Therefore, if you have not opted for a valet service when booking and you park your car yourself, you can then place them side by side when you have enough space in the area dedicated to your reservation."

How far in advance should I book ?

To enjoy your trip with peace of mind, it is essential to book your parking space near the airport of your choice well in advance, even as early as possible to take advantage of the best possible discounts.

Plan your trip in advance

Planning your trip by booking in advance is ideal. This way, you will avoid unpleasant surprises when it's time for your departure.

You would be certain to have a parking space, but also that you can choose from all parking providers with the best prices around the airports.

You have more choices for the parking that suits you, all while being reassured because your parking is secure.

Some providers on Allopark even offer reservation of your spot from 1 month to 6 months and more, well before your departure date.

Recommended time frames

The most recommended time frames are two days in advance for low seasons, and three days for high holiday seasons, considering the number of travelers who will be frequenting the airport during peak periods.

Otherwise, the selected parking lots may be fully booked on the desired dates, and you will not be able to continue your reservation. However, Allopark can offer you other parking providers who still have available spots for the period of your stay.

Other possibilities

Nevertheless, many providers on the Allopark platform offer reservations up to three, or even two hours, before the departure time of your flight.

But of course, this will depend considerably on the availability of parking spaces. Similarly, you may not have informed yourself of your departure and arrival times until the last moment, but this does not prevent you from making a reservation two days in advance.

A section is dedicated to this purpose. You can then modify your reservation once you know your flight details.

You can do this yourself on the Allopark website, or contact the parking provider at any time by email or phone to communicate the changes to your travel information.

How can I know if my reservation has been successfully processed ?

As soon as you have made your reservation, you will receive the confirmation by email within a few seconds.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the confirmation will only be sent to you once we have received the payment (within 2 to 3 working days).

Validation of your reservation

Once your form is filled out, you can proceed to validation and payment.

A few seconds after your reservation, you will receive a confirmation directly displayed on your screen and another one that will be sent to you by email. From this moment, your request has been successfully processed, and you are sure to have a parking space.

If the parking lot had been full, it would have been impossible for you to make the reservation. Reservations made via Allopark automatically generate booking vouchers.

The confirmation email

The confirmation of your reservation that will be sent to you by email to the address you provided will contain, among other things, the booking voucher, the precise itinerary to reach the parking lot, instructions for the service you have reserved, as well as the parking lot's phone number.

You will find your data, the vehicle's data, and the reservation dates on the voucher, which serves as proof of your parking reservation.

It is essential to have it with you to present it at the parking lot reception upon your arrival. However, if the confirmation email contains any errors, or if you want to ensure the confirmation of your reservation once again, you can directly contact customer service.

How to make a reservation without a printer ?

Without a printer, make sure to have your smartphone, tablet, or laptop

If you don't have a printer or for other reasons cannot print the reservation confirmation, don't worry.

At the moment of validating your reservation online, the parking provider has been notified of your arrival, and they have received a copy of your confirmation email.

You can show your booking voucher on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. This serves as proof for the provider that you have indeed made the reservation, and your vehicle can then access its dedicated spot.

Can I make a reservation without knowing the departure and arrival times ?

When you're planning a trip, it's possible that you may not have the exact times to make a reservation, but that's not a problem because you can always modify the times of your reservation later.

Fill out the form and book your parking spot

Flight details may be available on the airline's website you've chosen.

You can also find the flight number, departure and arrival times in the confirmation email when you've completed your reservation with the airline.

However, on Allopark, you can book your parking spot in advance even if you don't have all your flight details yet. In your reservation form, fill in all the details that apply to you.

For additional details, in the boxes reserved for departure and arrival times, for example, put 00:00. Then validate your reservation.

You will receive a confirmation. But as soon as you're informed of your departure and arrival times, you must then modify these times for your reservation.

You can either do it yourself by going to the Allopark platform, or by emailing us these details. You will then receive a new confirmation.

Why is there GR4 Invest on my bank statement ?

AlloPark is a subsidiary brand of GR4 Invest S.A.R.L. In other words, GR4 Invest is the parent company of AlloPark.

As an airport parking comparison platform, AlloPark also operates as a booking agent for parking services provided directly by various parking providers near the airport.

Therefore, it is entirely plausible that when you booked a parking space through the AlloPark platform, the name of GR4 Invest appears on the transactions in your bank statement.

Rest assured, this is once again proof that your reservation has been successfully recorded, allowing you to travel with peace of mind.

What are the different payment methods ?

Booking a parking space via Allopark is simple and easy. You first specify your airport and your departure and arrival dates to access the different offers from parking providers near the airport in question. Once you have chosen your provider based on your needs, you can then proceed to validation and payment.

You can pay for your reservation either online or by bank transfer. Allopark accepts various payment methods on its website. However, during your reservation, all available payment methods are clearly indicated.

Online payment

Payment can be made using various bank cards or credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CB, or PayPal.

All online transactions on Allopark are conducted through a secure connection.

The platform uses a secure payment system, which encrypts personal data. Your name, address, and account details are made invisible, unreachable, and therefore cannot be accessed by a third party.

Information exchange occurs solely between you and your financial institution.

Payment by bank transfer

You can also pay for your parking space by bank transfer. You will make your payment to the account number provided to you via email.

Your reservation will be validated upon receipt of your payment, and a confirmation email containing the voucher will be sent to you.

Please note that it may take up to 2 to 3 business days to receive your payment. It is important to mention the reservation number (AL-...) in the communication of your bank transfer.

Do I need to pay in advance ?

It is necessary to pay in advance in order to reserve your parking spot. By paying your reservation in advance on Allopark, your spot will be reserved and reduce waiting time at the parking lot.

In case of cancellation

You have already paid for your reservation, but now you want to cancel it. It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the departure date.

However, this is only possible if you have cancellation insurance. A bank account number may be required for refunds.

It should be noted that some services may be indicated as non-refundable, depending on the providers.

Is the payment via AlloPark secure ?

Is the payment via AlloPark secure ?

Allopark complies with the law and regulations regarding the protection of personal data as well as measures aimed at protecting the merchant/consumer relationship.

The Allopark website is authenticated and has a certificate issued by an independent trust entity. Additionally, with the secure payment system, data is encrypted, ensuring the security and integrity of personal and confidential information.

Furthermore, for any payment, you automatically receive a receipt indicating the reference of your reservation, the contact details of Allopark and/or the parking provider, as well as the amount of the transaction. You can use this in case of a claim or dispute.

Shuttle service

Do I need to hand over the car keys to the parking attendant ?

Depending on the parking provider near the airport or the service you have chosen, you may need to leave the keys with the staff. If so, this information is available in the parking information sheet.

For shuttle service :

If you have opted for a shuttle service, you drive your car to the parking area yourself. Whether you need to hand over the keys to the vehicle will depend on the parking provider. In the majority of parkings on Allopark, this is not necessary. This information will be communicated to you at the time of your reservation. If keys need to be handed over for shuttle service, rest assured that your car will not be used for any other purposes during your stay.

For valet service :

If you have booked a valet service, on the day of departure, you go directly to your terminal.

In this case, you must leave your keys with the driver who meets you at the airport hall so that they can drive your car to the selected parking lot.

Upon your return from the trip, an employee of the parking provider will wait for you at the arrival hall to return your keys and your car.

Allopark only works with responsible and professional partners who are aware of their commitments and take care of customers' cars.

The parking provider reserves the right to move your vehicle only when necessary. You can rest assured that the parking will take care of your keys and your vehicle.

How to get to the parking ?

You go to the parking yourself

Once you have confirmed your reservation on Allopark, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

In this email, you will find the precise directions that will take you to the chosen parking provider.

Additionally, you can print it along with your reservation voucher so you can easily find your way.

Likewise, the phone number of your parking provider is included in this confirmation voucher, so you can call them directly. Thus, the parking staff can guide you along the way if you encounter any difficulties finding the parking lot.

You have chosen a valet service

Even though you will receive directions to the parking lot in the confirmation email of your reservation, with the valet service, you don't even need to know it.

You will go directly to the airport departure terminal, and an employee of the parking provider will be waiting for you.

You hand them the keys to your vehicle, and they will take care of parking it in the reserved spot.

After your trip, an employee will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the arrival hall. However, you must call your provider in advance to notify them of your departure and arrival.

Thus, your parking provider can organize accordingly. Their number is clearly indicated in your confirmation email.

However, all providers on Allopark are airport parking services, conveniently located nearby. They are easily accessible, and it is unlikely you will miss them.

How to get from the parking lot to the airport ?

Shuttle and valet services make it easy for you to get from the parking lot to the airport. You can access these services based on your reservation on Allopark.

Opting for the valet service

You save a considerable amount of time with the valet service. On the day of departure, you call your parking provider to confirm the time of your arrival at the airport.

Then, you simply drive your own car directly to the airport departure terminal. There, a parking attendant awaits you.

You hand over your keys, and they will take your car back to the chosen parking lot.

On the day of your return, you call the provider again to inform them. Upon your arrival at the airport, an attendant will be waiting for you once more to return your car, right at the airport arrival hall.

Opting for the shuttle service

With the shuttle service, you park your car yourself in its designated spot at the parking lot.

Also, you can ensure its exact location when you leave. A shuttle will then take you on time to your departure terminal at the airport, and parking attendants will assist you with your luggage.

Upon your return, once you've retrieved your luggage, you call, and a shuttle will take you back to the parking lot.

Just like on your departure, attendants will help you load your luggage. Parking providers on Allopark are all located near the airport, and the journey only takes a few minutes.

When do the shuttles run from the parking lot to the airport ?

The shuttle provides a comfortable and fast means of transportation from the parking lot to the airport. Everything is designed to simplify your departure, your stay, and your return. No need to worry about finding a parking spot near the terminal; the shuttle will drop you off there, and your car will remain safely stored with the parking provider. You can travel with peace of mind by booking your parking space on Allopark.

Attendants will assist you

Upon arrival at the parking lot, attendants will help you with your luggage, which they will then load into the shuttle for you.

You will then be transported to your departure terminal on time.

Similarly, upon your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, you simply call, and a shuttle will take you back to the parking lot, where attendants will once again assist with your luggage. You won't have to worry about a thing.

Departures are scheduled according to flight times

Why do you have to hand over the car keys ?

For security and logistical reasons, you may be asked to hand over your car keys to the parking staff. However, this information will be provided to you as soon as you make a reservation on Allopark.

Valet Service

If you're concerned about being late for a flight, prefer to drive your own car to the terminal, or simply want to enjoy a more convenient service, the valet service allows for the retrieval (and return) of your car by one of the parking provider's employees directly at the airport, bypassing the parking facility.

It's imperative that you hand over the keys to your vehicle to the employee so they can drive it.

For departure, a few minutes before your arrival at the airport, you'll need to contact the number provided on the reservation confirmation.

An agent will provide you with delivery options, and an employee will await you at the departure hall. Upon your return, after retrieving your luggage, you'll need to contact your parking provider by phone, and an employee will return your car to the arrivals area.

Shuttle Service

When you hand over your car keys to one of the parking provider's employees, a check will be conducted in your presence, and a comprehensive receipt will be signed.

This ensures the security of your vehicle. Once the procedures are completed, an employee or shuttle driver will load your luggage and accompany you to the airport in a few minutes. Upon your return, a shuttle will pick you up at the airport at the agreed-upon time.

Upon arrival at the parking facility, your keys will be returned to you, and a brief check for compliance with the departure receipt will be conducted.
