Parkey - Parking Couvert

OFFER DESCRIPTION

Parkey is a valet parking service available daily from 4:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

On the day of your departure, a valet will meet you at the designated meeting point provided by email upon confirmation of your reservation.

The valet will carry out a full photographic inspection of your vehicle (exterior, dashboard, mileage). The photos will be taken in your presence and sent to you via SMS by the valet immediately afterward. The valet will then park your vehicle in our parking facility.

Upon your return, the valet will return your vehicle to the same location where it was originally handed over.

MEETING POINT LOCATIONS

• Saint-Jean Train Station: The meeting point is at "arrêt minute 1," accessible at 4 Rue Charles Domercq, 33800 Bordeaux.

• Bordeaux Airport: The meeting point is at the Express Parking. Enter “P Express” into your GPS, and it will direct you exactly to the correct parking spot.

• In case of any difficulty, do not hesitate to contact the assigned valet.

LATE ARRIVAL PENALTIES

• Departure: You must respect the time indicated during your booking. If you arrive early, please notify your valet. We allow a grace period of up to 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time.

  Beyond this 30-minute grace period, a fee of €6 per 30-minute increment will be charged until your arrival.

• Return: You must provide the exact arrival time of your flight or train. If your flight or train is delayed during our opening hours, no late fees will be charged.

  However, if your flight or train arrives after our opening hours (11:59 PM), a flat fee of €35 will apply, payable the same evening to allow a valet to return your vehicle.

  Without this payment, your vehicle will be returned the following morning between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Beyond 12:00 PM, a fee of €6 per 30 minutes will apply until you retrieve your vehicle.

ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS

If your departure or return occurs outside our opening hours (between 12:00 AM and 3:59 AM), a flat fee of €35 will be added to the original price paid. This amount must be paid directly to Parkey by credit card via a secure link sent by email.

DEPARTURES OR RETURNS BETWEEN 4:00 AM AND 5:59 AM

An additional fee of €20 applies for departures or returns between 4:00 AM and 5:59 AM. This amount must be paid directly to Parkey by credit card via a secure link sent by email.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

• A photographic inspection is systematically performed when handing over the vehicle.

• Only photos taken by the valet and validated with the client will be considered valid in case of dispute.

• Parkey declines all responsibility for:

  • damages not observed at the time of handover,

  • personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• The client remains responsible for all belongings inside the vehicle.
