To ensure a smooth handover of your vehicle, please follow the steps below:

1. 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival at Düsseldorf Airport, please call our hotline at:
   +49 (0)211 54226954
   This allows us to make sure a staff member is ready and waiting for you on time.

2. Please drive directly to the Departure Terminal B/C at Düsseldorf Airport.
   Follow the signs for “Departure”, then “Terminal B/C”.

3. Our ParkOase staff member will be waiting for you at the designated drop-off zone.
   They will be easily identifiable by their uniform with the ParkOase logo.

4. After a brief handover procedure, our colleague will take your vehicle and safely drive it to our parking facility.

If you have any questions or last-minute changes, we are available by phone at any time.

After landing and collecting your luggage, please proceed as follows:

1. Once you have retrieved your suitcase, exit the customs area.

2. Go one level up to the Departure level, either via the elevator or the escalator.

3. Exit the terminal through exit 10 or 11 (Departure Area B/C).

4. Once you are outside the terminal at the Departure level, please call our hotline immediately at:
   +49 (0)211 54226954
   Please provide your Park-ID or your full name, so our staff can quickly bring your vehicle to you.

Our colleague will meet you at the terminal within a few minutes to return your car.
