Important Information About Your Parking Reservation

To ensure a smooth start to your journey, we recommend arriving at the parking facility at least 2 hours before your flight check-in time. Approximately 30 minutes before your arrival, please contact the parking operator using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation to receive the latest instructions regarding your arrival.

The service includes a free shuttle transfer to Barcelona Airport Terminals 1 and 2. You should drive directly to the reception and check-in point located at the Vilamarina Shopping Centre in Viladecans. Upon arrival, a staff member will complete your check-in and carry out a vehicle inspection, including photographs of the exterior and the odometer reading. Your vehicle keys will then be securely stored by the parking operator for the duration of your trip.

Once the check-in process is completed, you will be transferred to your departure terminal in a passenger shuttle vehicle. During your trip, your vehicle will be parked in a secure facility monitored 24 hours a day by surveillance cameras.

Upon your return, after collecting your luggage, please contact the shuttle service using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. A shuttle will pick you up at the airport and take you back to the parking facility where you can collect your vehicle.

Return Pick-Up Points

• Terminal 1: Departures Area – Express Parking, at the end of the main access road, opposite the white Aena VIP booth.
• Terminal 2: Departures Area, just before Terminal B, opposite the Miró mural.

Please note that the parking operator accepts no responsibility for valuables left inside the vehicle. We therefore strongly recommend taking all valuable belongings with you during your trip.

If your parking stay exceeds the duration originally booked, an additional charge of €15 per extra day will apply. All supplements and any additional fees must be paid directly at the parking facility.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
