Valet Service Operating Conditions

On Departure

The customer must contact the valet service 30 minutes before arriving at the airport.
The driver will then provide the meeting point located near the terminal.

When handing over the keys, a complete and mandatory vehicle inspection is carried out. This service is charged at €15.
The vehicle is then parked in a secure parking facility for the entire duration of the stay.

On Return

Upon landing, the customer must contact the driver and provide their name as well as the vehicle registration number in order to facilitate and speed up the vehicle return process.

Applicable Supplements

The following supplements may apply depending on the drop-off and pick-up conditions:

• Night service (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM):
  +€10 on arrival and +€10 on departure (maximum €20)

• Public holiday: +€20

• Saturday: +€20

• Sunday: +€20

• Delay of more than 30 minutes (departure): +€10

• Unplanned additional day: €50 per extra day

All additional charges must be paid directly on site to the valet driver.

Dimensions included in the standard rate

• Maximum height: 1.90 m

• Maximum length: 4.90 m

Oversized vehicle supplements

• +€35 for vehicles exceeding 4.50 m in length and 1.80 m in height

• +€50 for vehicles exceeding 4.90 m in length

Mandatory vehicle inspection: €15

Vehicle Acceptance Conditions

The parking operator expressly reserves the right to refuse vehicle acceptance, without compensation, in the following cases:

• No valid insurance

• No valid technical inspection certificate

• Administrative non-compliance of the vehicle
