AIR PARKING BVA

Upon arrival at the parking.

1. You must print your booking confirmation.

2. On the day of departure, arrive 10 minutes before the time you selected when making your reservation.

3. Ring the bell to enter or call the parking using the number provided in your confirmation email.

4. Park your vehicle and go to the reception desk, stating that you are an Allopark customer.

5. Present your printed booking at the reception for signature.

6. Leave your keys at the reception.

7. The shuttle will take you to the airport in approximately 5 minutes. It is free for the driver and costs €2 for each additional passenger.

8. The displayed rates are based on a standard vehicle size (city car, sedan). For any oversized vehicle, a surcharge of €20, €30, or €50 incl. VAT will be applied depending on the vehicle size.

Reminder: Please plan to arrive at the parking at least 2 hours before your airline check-in closes.

Important: To ensure a smooth and fast shuttle transfer to the airport, you must print the booking confirmation from your email and present it at the reception. Otherwise, a €5 penalty will apply.

Upon return from the airport.

1. We invite you to call the parking as soon as you have collected your luggage, using the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

2. The meeting point is always at the drop-off area in P1, in front of Terminal 1. It is also the airport’s official meeting point (the green point). The shuttle will arrive there on average within 10 minutes at the latest.

3. If your return flight is scheduled for late in the evening, please notify us as soon as possible in case of any delay — by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Note: We recommend using Google Maps GPS when heading to the parking. It makes the journey easier and directs you straight to the entrance gate.
