Outbound Journey

1. You must print your booking voucher.

2. Arrive at the parking lot 10 minutes before the time you selected during your booking.

3. Ring the bell or call the parking using the number provided in your confirmation email.

4. Park your vehicle and go to the reception desk, stating that you are an Allopark customer.

5. Present your booking voucher at the reception for signature.

6. Hand over your car keys to the reception.

7. The shuttle will take you to the airport in approximately 5 minutes. It is free for the driver, and €2 for each additional passenger.

8. The prices listed are based on a standard passenger vehicle (compact or sedan). For oversized vehicles, a surcharge of €20, €30, or €50 incl. VAT will be applied on site, depending on the size.

Reminder: Please arrive at the parking lot at least 2 hours before your flight check-in closes.

Important: To ensure a fast shuttle transfer to the airport, you must print your voucher from the confirmation email and present it at reception. Otherwise, a €5 penalty will apply.

Return Journey

1. Call the parking once you have collected your luggage, using the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

2. The meeting point is always at the drop-off zone in P3.

3. If your return flight is scheduled late in the evening, please inform us as early as possible in case of a delay, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Note: We recommend using Google Maps GPS to reach the parking – it simplifies navigation and guides you directly to the entrance gate.
