Important Information – Valet Parking Service

Vehicle Drop-Off (Departure)

On the day of your departure, please proceed to the Departures / Kiss & Fly area of the terminal corresponding to your flight at Frankfurt Airport:

• Terminal 1: Entrance B5
• Terminal 2: Entrance E9
• Terminal 3: Main Entrance

You must contact the parking operator 30 minutes before your arrival using the telephone number provided in your booking confirmation.

To ensure a smooth vehicle handover, please respect the agreed meeting time. Early arrivals, significant delays, or multiple entries into the Kiss & Fly area may result in additional charges or waiting times.

The maximum stopping time in the Kiss & Fly area is 10 minutes.

Vehicle Return (Arrival)

Upon your return, as soon as you have collected all your luggage, please contact the parking operator using the telephone number provided in your booking confirmation.

A driver will then deliver your vehicle directly to the terminal.

For vehicle collection, please return to the Departures area of the same terminal where your vehicle was handed over on the day of departure.

Service Hours

The valet parking service is available daily from 05:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).

A surcharge of €40 applies for any vehicle drop-off or return before 05:00 AM.

Terms and Additional Charges

• Any changes to your flight number or return date must be communicated to the parking operator as soon as possible by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Additional parking days will be charged at €15 per day.
• Failure to respect the agreed schedule may result in additional charges imposed by the parking operator.
