General Vehicle Limits

• Maximum vehicle height: 1.95 m

• Maximum vehicle length: 4.50 m

Departure – Vehicle Handover

We take over your technically sound vehicle directly at Terminal 1 or 2 of Frankfurt Airport and transfer it to our parking facilities in Kelsterbach with the help of our trained personnel.

All transfers are, of course, fully insured.

To ensure a smooth process, please contact us 30 minutes prior to your arrival at the terminal by calling: +49 (0)6107 – 9450056.

We carry out a digitally recorded vehicle inspection on site, which will be sent to you via email immediately.

Return – Vehicle Collection

Upon your return, please call us immediately after landing at Frankfurt Airport at +49 (0)6107 – 9450056.

Your vehicle will be brought to the terminal, where it will be returned to you in person by one of our team members.

Surcharges

• A night surcharge of €50 applies for services between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

General Terms & Conditions (GTC)

1. Service Provider
Mein Valet Frankfurt offers valet parking services. These terms apply to consumers (§13 BGB) and business customers (§14 BGB).

By booking through our website or our partners (e.g., Allopark, Parkos, Travelcar...), the customer fully agrees to our terms and conditions.

I. Cancellations, Rebookings, and Amendments

1. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled parking start time, and must be submitted in writing by email.

2. Cancellations after this period are subject to full charge, unless the customer proves minimal or no damage.

3. Rebookings and amendments are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start via email.

4. No refunds for unused parking days in case of early return.

5. With the “Trip Cancellation Insurance”, bookings may be canceled at any time without cause. However, the insurance fee remains non-refundable and must be paid within 3 days.

6. Cleaning packages can be canceled up to 48 hours before the agreed return time.

II. Liability

• Mein Valet Frankfurt is fully liable for damages to life, body, or health as per statutory regulations.

• For other damages, liability applies only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

• For minor negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

• Mein Valet is not liable for valuables left inside the vehicle.

• No liability is accepted for:

  • Weather events, force majeure, third-party actions (e.g., vandalism, theft).

  • Minor scratches, dents, or stone chips that may not be visible during handover due to lighting or dirt.

  • Courtesy services (e.g., jump starts or parking assistance).

• Burden of proof lies with the customer if a damage claim is made.

• Damage claims must be reported within 3 months after vehicle return (or 1 month for non-performance).

• False or fraudulent damage claims may result in legal action and a €99.90 handling fee.

• Customer liability applies for any damages caused by themselves, their employees, or companions, including technical defects.

• When booking a car wash or detailing, the GTC of our partner MeinAutoreiniger apply.

• If the vehicle is washed at the “Waschpark Kelsterbach”, their GTC apply. Mein Valet is not liable for damages from the wash.

III. Valet Parking – Specific Conditions

1. Scope of Service

   • Applies to outdoor and indoor parking services at Mein Valet Frankfurt, Rüsselsheimer Straße 115, 65451 Kelsterbach.

   • Vehicles are picked up at Terminal 1 or 2, temporarily parked if needed, and transferred to designated lots.

   • Liability is excluded for damage from public parking, vandalism, or acts of third parties during interim parking.

   • Vehicle must be roadworthy, insured, registered, and TÜV-compliant. Otherwise, we may refuse acceptance while keeping the fee.

   • Customer must provide full flight details when booking.

2. Arrival & Return Coordination

   • Call required 30 minutes before arrival.

   • Arrive at the terminal at least 2.5 hours before your flight. Failing this, Mein Valet is not liable for delays.

   • Upon return, the vehicle is handed back at the agreed terminal.

3. Late/Early Arrival Surcharge

   • If the customer arrives more than 2.5 hours earlier or later than booked (departure or return), a €19.90 coordination fee applies.

4. Other Charges

   • Night surcharge: €35 (only charged once per trip if both departure and return fall within night hours).

   • Fuel refill: If fuel range is under 30 km, refueling + €9 handling fee applies.

   • Extended stay: €7/day for additional days.

   • Oversized vehicles: Extra charge of €3/day for vans, campers, etc.

5. Important Notes

   • Vehicle mileage may vary slightly due to internal logistics (up to 50 km is acceptable).

   • If no call is made before arrival, customer must pay for short-term terminal parking.

   • Only passenger cars are accepted.

   • No flammable or illegal substances may be stored in the car.

   • Customer is fully liable for damage caused by unroadworthy vehicles.

   • Proper seasonal tires are required (e.g., winter tires from October to March).

   • Additional cleaning-related driving distances may occur and are accepted upon booking.

6. Payment

   • Accepted methods: pre-payment by bank transfer or cash at the terminal.

   • Invoice billing available in exceptional cases.

IV. Final Provisions

• All texts, photos, and content are the intellectual property of Mein Valet Frankfurt. Reuse without written permission is prohibited.

• All prices include German VAT.

• Written form is required for any amendments or side agreements.

• If any clause becomes invalid, the rest remain effective.
