Arrival at the Parking Lot

• There is no need to send an SMS or call to notify us of your arrival.

• Upon arrival, drive up to the hangar door in front of you.

• A 2m x 1m sign on this door will indicate which parking lot to use:

  • Parking 1: to the left

  • Parkings 2, 3, and 4: to the right

• Park only in the indicated lot, with your passengers and luggage.

• Do not park in a different lot, even if there are free spaces.

Shuttle to the Airport (from the Parking)

• Wait on the indicated parking lot for the shuttle to arrive.

• The shuttle passes at 00 and 30 minutes past each hour.

• The driver will only pick you up from the designated parking area.

• Important: To avoid delays, please arrive 10 minutes before the shuttle departure time.

Shuttle Frequency

• Every 30 minutes, at 00 and 30.

Recommended Arrival Time

Please arrive at the parking 10 minutes before your shuttle departure time to:

• Park your vehicle

• Unload your luggage

Organization & Priorities

• Passengers are picked up according to their reserved shuttle time.

• Punctuality is essential. We cannot be held responsible in case of delays.

Trip to the Airport

• Estimated duration: about 10 minutes

• Drop-off location: between both terminals, next to the TGV station "Gare Saint-Exupéry", on Parking PRO

Shuttle from the Airport (Return to ELIT Parking)

Shuttle Frequency

• Every 30 minutes, at 15 and 45 past the hour.

No Confirmation Needed

• No need to call or send an SMS, unless arriving late between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

• Same as the drop-off location: Parking PRO

Pick-Up Order

1. Clients on time with the correct shuttle time

2. Clients who are late but notified us via email at elitvoyages@gmail.com

3. Clients who arrive early

4. Clients who are late without notice or without a shuttle reservation

Please note: Our shuttles do not run empty.
Sending an SMS only confirms your presence but does not give you priority boarding.

Surcharges & Specific Conditions

To ensure everyone’s comfort, we limit the number of passengers in each shuttle.

Families:

• Additional charge of €5 per trip for groups of more than 3 people.

• If booking for 5 or more people, you must confirm by email at elitvoyages@gmail.com.

• Without confirmation, the 5th person will not be accepted, even if your reservation lists 5 people or more.

• You may also choose to drop off your family at the airport and return alone to avoid the extra fee.

Restricted Vehicles:

• Camper vans and large utility vehicles (e.g., Master-type vans) are not allowed.

Oversized Luggage:

• Not allowed in our shuttles: bikes, surfboards, skis, kitesurf gear, animals, etc.

• These must be dropped off at the airport before arriving at the parking lot.

All supplements must be paid via the SumUp link sent by SMS the day before your arrival.
