In order to guarantee you a smooth and hassle-free service, please carefully read the information below before your arrival.

1 – UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE PARKING
────────────────────────────

There is no need to call or send an SMS to announce your arrival.

You must go directly to the following address:
ELIT Parking – Rue du Taillis, 38540 Grenay

Upon arrival, drive up to the hangar door located directly in front of you.
A large sign will indicate which parking area you must use:

Parking 1: on the left
Parkings 2 and 3: on the right
Parking 4: via the QR code displayed on the sign or using the following link:

You must park your vehicle only in the parking area indicated.
The driver will come to pick you up at that location with your passengers and luggage.

It is strictly forbidden to park in any other parking area, even if spaces are available.

Important: You must always go through Parking 1 first in order to know where to park.
Do not wait directly in front of Parking 4 (budget parking), as directions are always given from Parking 1.

2 – SHUTTLE FROM THE PARKING TO THE AIRPORT
────────────────────────────

Shuttles depart every 30 minutes, at :00 and :30 each hour.

Please arrive at the parking at least 10 minutes before your shuttle departure time in order to:

Park your vehicle
Unload your luggage

We cannot be held responsible in case of delay. Punctuality is essential.

Journey time: approximately 10 minutes
Drop-off point: between the two terminals, next to the Saint-Exupéry TGV station, at the PRO parking area

3 – SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO ELIT PARKING (RETURN)
────────────────────────────

Shuttles depart every 30 minutes, at :15 and :45 each hour.

There is no need to call or send an SMS to announce your arrival, except in case of delay with an arrival between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

The pick-up point is the same as the drop-off point: PRO Parking

Pick-up priority order:

Customers on time for the correct shuttle time slot
Late customers who have notified us by email at contact@elit-parking.fr
Early customers
Late customers without prior notification or without a shuttle reservation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND SURCHARGES
────────────────────────────

Supplement for more than 4 passengers:
To ensure optimal comfort, the number of passengers per shuttle is limited.

For any group of 5 people or more, a surcharge of €10 per person per trip will be applied (for ELIT customers and comparison platforms).

To reserve 5 seats, you must confirm by email at contact@elit-parking.fr.
Without email confirmation, the 5th person may be refused, even if the booking indicates 5 people or more.

You also have the option to drop off your family at the airport before coming to the parking.

Supplement for utility vehicles or minibuses (Trafic, Jumpy, Classe V, Caravelle, utility vehicles over 5 m): €20
Motorhomes and large utility vehicles (over 5.5 m) are not accepted.

Oversized luggage (bicycles, surfboards, skis, kitesurfing equipment, pets, etc.) is not accepted on the shuttles.
These items must be dropped off at the airport before arriving at the parking.

Supplement in case of delay upon return:

From 2 to 5 hours delay: €5
From 5 to 10 hours delay: €10
From 10 to 24 hours delay: €20
Then €5 per additional day

There are no additional fees for late arrivals or departures.
