VALET SERVICE PROCEDURES REMINDERS

Arrival at the airport:

Please call the parking 30 minutes before arriving at the airport, and especially inform the parking if
the arrival exceeds more than 30 minutes before or after the time indicated on the reservation for
the organization of the recovery of your vehicle at the airport (we advise arriving 1 hour
before the start of checked baggage check-in, or 2 hours before departure if only cabin baggage). If the reservation time is not respected, and we are not notified
of the early or late arrival, the drop-off fees will be at your expense (1 € including VAT per minute).
Please provide the name under which the reservation is made, and include a reachable mobile phone number
(no landlines, nor a number of a third party not participating in the stay).
Allow 5 minutes of administrative time between the recap of your information to ensure
its accuracy, the transfer of luggage, the mileage check, and the photo taken by you
for the vehicle condition report. And especially make sure to have taken everything necessary in the
vehicle for your stay as any additional round trip for a forgotten item will be charged 20 € including VAT
and please hand over the drop-off ticket to the valet, any loss of the ticket is charged
150 € including VAT by the airport.

Return to the airport:

Please verify the accuracy of your return date as indicated on your plane ticket or
travel documents, taking into account time zone differences, each additional day
will be charged 20 € including VAT, which will be reduced to 10 € including VAT if the parking is notified
up to 24 hours in advance.
Please make a first call or send us a message upon landing with the phone number
indicated on the reservation, clearly mentioning the name associated with the reservation, then
make a second call (no message for the second call) when retrieving the
last piece of luggage, and do not anticipate the second call as in case of an early call the waiting time
at the drop-off will be at your expense (1 € including VAT per minute).
Please go to the meeting point of your terminal as indicated on the map provided at
departure, or indicated by phone during the second call, and especially ensure that the phone number
indicated on the reservation is accessible (not in airplane mode, turned off, etc.) and set
to ring, so that upon arrival the valet can reach you without difficulties and return
your vehicle in the best conditions.
