Important Information – Parking Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, please read the following conditions carefully before your arrival.

Contact Before Arrival

Please contact the parking facility at least 30 minutes before your arrival so that your vehicle drop-off can be arranged under the best possible conditions.

Vehicle Inspection

A vehicle inspection is mandatory upon arrival.

• Fee: €10

Shuttle Service

• The shuttle service is free of charge for up to 4 passengers per reservation.
• From the 5th passenger onwards, a surcharge of €10 per person will apply.

Included Luggage

Each passenger may bring:

• 1 suitcase
• 1 carry-on bag

Additional charges:

• Extra suitcase: €5 per suitcase
• Oversized luggage or special equipment (bicycle, golf bag, surfboard, sports equipment, etc.): €10 per item

Time-Based Surcharges

The following charges are not included in your reservation price and must be paid on-site:

• Arrival or return between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM: €10
• Arrival or return on a Sunday: €10
• Arrival or return on a public holiday: €10
• Delay of more than 30 minutes compared to the scheduled arrival time: €10

Optional Services

The following services are available upon request:

• Keep your vehicle keys: €50
• Electric vehicle charging: €50
• Full vehicle cleaning (interior, exterior, and seats): €80

Reservation Overstay

If your parking stay exceeds the duration originally booked:

• First unplanned additional day: €20
• Each additional day thereafter: €10 per day

Oversized Vehicles

For vehicles exceeding either of the following dimensions:

• Length greater than 4.80 metres
• Height greater than 1.90 metres

An additional surcharge of €50 will apply.
