Clients must call 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival time.
For example, if the appointment is at 10:00, you must call at 9:30 to notify your arrival, whether you are early, on time, or late.

For returns, the client must call once upon landing and once upon baggage collection.
If the client has no checked baggage, they must call once upon landing to inform us that there is no checked baggage, and once after passing customs.

Special conditions:

I. Delay:

• From 30 minutes late on arrival, a fee of €10 is payable to the valet on site.

• From 1 hour late flight, an additional €10 fee is payable to the valet on site.

II. Large vehicles:

• €50 surcharge payable on arrival at the drop-off with the valet (vehicle type: from multivan to Renault Trafic).

III. Additional days:

• For each additional day, a €50 fee is payable to the valet on site upon the client’s return.

IV. Holidays:

• A surcharge of €10 applies for the valet service on public holidays.

V. Multiple vehicles:

• If you arrive with multiple cars at the same time, a €10 per vehicle surcharge applies, payable to the valet on site.
