Parking operation

Upon arrival at the parking.

Clients must go directly to the address provided by the valet and wait there. The valet will be in charge of their transfer and will accompany them to their terminal (T1, T2, T3, or T4 for Orly Airport).

Before heading to the terminal, the valet will perform a vehicle inspection, which will be immediately shared with the clients.

Once the clients are dropped off at the correct terminal and assisted with unloading their luggage, the valet will drive the vehicle to our parking facility and park it securely.

Upon return from the airport.

The valet in charge of the vehicle return will send a message to the client the day before their return flight.

The vehicle will be returned at the terminal specified by the client. The client must call the valet upon landing and after collecting their luggage. At that point, the valet will proceed to the specified terminal to deliver the vehicle.
