Upon Arrival

Please contact the phone number indicated on your reservation 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport in order to agree on the exact drop-off time.

The meeting point is located at the drop-off area of Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Once at the meeting point, please provide your reservation number to the valet. The valet will carry out a brief inspection of the vehicle before requesting the keys and driving your vehicle to the parking facility.

Upon Return

Please contact the phone number indicated on your reservation 20 minutes before exiting the airport so that the valet can return your vehicle.

The return meeting point is also located at the drop-off area of Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Additional Services (not included in the price)

The following supplements must be paid on site:

• Night surcharge: €10
  (for any arrival or departure between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

• Exterior and interior car wash: €45

• Electric vehicle charging: €50

• Delay exceeding 30 minutes: €10

• Oversized vehicles: surcharge from €25 to €50, depending on vehicle size

• Sunday and public holiday surcharge: €10

Important Information

• Any change to the return date requiring an additional day will be charged €50 per day, payable in cash or by credit card. An invoice will be issued.

• In the event of a vehicle breakdown due to insufficient fuel or battery charge, the parking facility cannot be held responsible. All costs related to this incident will be borne by the customer.

• In case of vehicle theft at the parking facility, the parking operator declines all responsibility. The customer must file a report with the police and notify their own insurance company.

• The parking operator declines all responsibility for damage caused by natural events such as storms or other exceptional circumstances.

• The customer authorizes the parking operator to park and move the vehicle if necessary for parking management purposes.

• The customer is required to remove any toll transponder and must not leave valuables inside the vehicle.
