To ensure a smooth and stress-free journey from start to finish, please take a moment to read the following important information regarding your arrival at the parking, your transfer, and your return.

Your arrival at the parking

Please contact us at +33 6 61 88 80 88 approximately 30 minutes before your arrival at the parking.

This allows us to arrange your shuttle so that you arrive at reception 30 minutes before your airport check-in time.

Respecting this timing is essential to avoid any disruption and to ensure you do not risk missing your flight.

Airport check-in time reminder

• Short-haul flights (less than 5 hours): 2 hours before departure
• Long-haul flights (more than 5 hours): 3 hours before departure

Some destinations (North America, Middle East, etc.) may involve additional security or customs checks. Please check with your airline for specific requirements.

Your return after landing

Once you have collected your luggage (please do not call before), contact us at +33 6 61 88 80 88 to confirm your return.

Your call will immediately trigger the shuttle departure.

Please keep your phone switched on so the driver can reach you if needed.

Additional charges (to be paid on site)

The following fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid directly on site:

• Shuttle is free for 3 people – from the 4th person: €10 per additional passenger per trip
• Forgotten item in the vehicle: €15
• Late return (delay): €11 per day
• Public holidays (departure and/or return): €10
• Saturday or Sunday departure/arrival: €10
• Night departure or arrival (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM): €10
• “Keep your keys” option: €20
