Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up Procedure

For departure:
The customer must contact the valet service 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival at the airport in order to ensure a smooth and punctual vehicle handover.

For return:
As soon as the plane lands and before entering the baggage claim area, the customer must contact the valet service to arrange the return of their vehicle.

Specific Pricing Conditions

Oversized vehicle fee:
A fee of €5 per day will be applied to vehicles exceeding the standard size. This surcharge covers the entire duration of the stay.
Examples of affected vehicles: Renault Master, Trafic, Opel Vivaro, Mercedes Vito, Viano, V-Class, Sprinter, Transporter, Peugeot Expert, as well as any type of pick-up, van, etc.

Fees for services outside standard hours:

• For any vehicle drop-off or pick-up carried out between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a night fee of €10 will be charged and paid on site to the valet.

• For any vehicle drop-off or pick-up on a Sunday, a fee of €10 applies, and on a public holiday, a fee of €20 will also be payable to the valet.

Late arrival fee:
In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes without prior notice, a last-minute modification fee of €10 will apply and must be paid to the valet.

Vehicle inspection:
A vehicle inspection, including a mileage reading, is mandatory and costs €10. This procedure helps avoid any ambiguity when the vehicle is returned and, in the event of a dispute, it will be presented to the customer.
