General Terms of Service

Parking Access
Only customers traveling to the airport and able to present a valid round-trip flight ticket will be accepted. This measure is implemented to ensure site security.

Shuttle Conditions
The shuttle service is included for a maximum of 3 people per booking.
Beyond this number, an additional fee of €10 per extra passenger (including babies and children) will be charged on site. This fee includes both the outbound and return journeys, with no additional charge upon return.

Keys and Vehicle Types
For organizational reasons, the service provider keeps the vehicle keys for the entire duration of the parking stay.
Only standard-sized vehicles are accepted. Vans, minibuses, pickup trucks, or any oversized vehicles are not permitted. In the event of a non-compliant vehicle, the customer will be required to pay the reservation fee a second time.

Payment and Delays
The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid on site.
In case of exceeding the booked duration, an additional fee of €15 per day of delay will be applied.
If a customer misses their flight or encounters an issue with their documents and must return the following day, an additional fee of €25 will be charged (including shuttle and registration fees).

Early Returns
In case of an early return, the service provider must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Failing this, an assistance fee of €85 may be charged to organize the vehicle return, depending on logistical feasibility.
If immediate vehicle return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the following day.
