General Terms of Service

Access to the parking

Access to the parking facility is reserved exclusively for customers traveling to the airport. A valid round-trip flight ticket may be requested upon arrival for security reasons.

Shuttle service

The shuttle service is included in the reservation for a maximum of 3 passengers.

Beyond this limit, an additional fee of €10 per extra passenger (including babies and children) will be charged on site.
This fee includes both the outbound and return transfers, with no additional charges upon return.

Keys and vehicle types

For organizational reasons, the vehicle keys will be kept for the entire duration of the parking stay.

Only standard-sized vehicles are accepted. Oversized vehicles (vans, minibuses, pick-ups, etc.) are not permitted.
In case of a non-compliant vehicle, the reservation may be refused and the customer will be required to pay for a new booking.

Payment and overtime

The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid on site.

In case of exceeding the booked duration, an additional fee of €15 per day of delay will be applied.
If the customer misses their flight or encounters an issue with their documents and must return the following day, a €25 fee will be charged (including shuttle service and check-in fees).

Early return

In case of an early return, the provider must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

Failing this, an assistance fee of €85 may be charged to organize the vehicle return, depending on logistical feasibility.
If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the next day.
