Shuttle conditions:

During holiday periods or peak times: the shuttle is included for up to 3 people. Beyond that, an additional charge of €10 per additional passenger (including babies and children) will be requested on site.
During normal periods (outside holidays): the shuttle is included for up to 4 people. An additional charge of €10 per additional passenger will also be applied for each extra person (including babies and children).
These €10 include the round trip, and there will be no additional charges on the return.

Keys and vehicle types:

To facilitate parking management, the provider requests to keep your keys.
Vehicles outside the normal size (van, truck, pick-up, etc.) are not accepted. If a customer arrives with this type of vehicle, the reservation price must be paid a second time.

Payment and delay:

The remaining balance of the reservation will be settled on site.
For each day of delay, an additional charge of €15 per day will be settled on site upon return.
If a customer misses their flight or encounters a problem with their documents and wishes to return the next day, an additional charge of €25 will be requested to cover the shuttle price and registration fees.

Notification for early returns:

In case of return before the scheduled date, the provider must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. In the absence of notification, assistance fees of €85 may be charged for the return of the vehicle, subject to logistical feasibility.
If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the next day.
