Important Information Regarding Your Reservation

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please carefully review the following conditions:

1. Arrival at the Parking Facility

You must contact the parking facility 30 minutes before your arrival.
Customers are required to leave their vehicle keys at the parking facility for the entire duration of their stay.

2. Oversized Vehicles

Oversized vehicles are subject to a 50% surcharge, payable directly on site.

3. Additional Services

Battery charging service is available at a cost of €50, payable on site.

4. Shuttle Service Conditions

The shuttle service is free of charge for 2 passengers, with 1 piece of luggage per person.

Beyond this limit:

• €5 per additional passenger

• €5 per additional piece of luggage

All additional charges must be paid on site.

5. Late Arrival

In case of delay compared to your scheduled arrival time at the parking facility:

• 1 hour delay: +€8

• 2 hours delay: +€15

• More than 2 hours: €5 per additional hour of delay

Late fees must be paid on site.

6. Conduct and Respect

The parking facility reserves the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior (insults, threats, etc.) toward drivers or staff.

In such cases, the reservation will be considered non-refundable.

All additional charges mentioned above must be paid directly on site.
