Important Information Regarding Your Reservation

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please carefully read the following conditions:

Arrival at the Parking

• You must contact the parking facility 30 minutes before your arrival.

• Customers are required to leave their keys at the parking facility for the entire duration of their stay.

Oversized Vehicles

• Oversized vehicles are subject to a 50% surcharge, payable on site.

Additional Services

• Battery recharge service: €50, payable on site.

Shuttle Conditions

• The shuttle service is free for 2 passengers, with 1 piece of luggage per person.

• Beyond this limit, a surcharge of €5 per additional passenger and €5 per additional piece of luggage will apply, payable on site.

Late Arrival at the Parking

• 1-hour delay: +€8, payable on site.

• 2-hour delay: +€15, payable on site.

• Beyond 2 hours: €5 per additional hour of delay, payable on site.

Conduct and Respect

The parking facility reserves the right to refuse service in case of disrespectful behavior (insults, threats, etc.) towards drivers or staff.
In such cases, the reservation will be considered non-refundable.

All additional charges must be paid directly on site.
