You must contact the parking facility using the number provided in your reservation 30 minutes before your arrival.

Luggage is free of charge, regardless of its size or volume.

A child seat is available upon request.

Charging stations are available on site. This service requires handing over your vehicle keys and will be charged at €0.55 per kWh, payable directly on site.

A supplement of €5 per passenger applies from the 3rd passenger onwards, to be paid on site.

The parking facility reserves the right to refuse service in the event of disrespectful behavior (insults, threats, etc.) towards drivers or staff.

In such cases, the reservation will be considered non-refundable.

Any unplanned additional day will be charged €25 per day, payable on site.
