Zaventem Service Voiturier/Valet Service

On the day of your departure, call the valet about 15 minutes before arriving at Zaventem Brussels-National Airport at the number indicated in your confirmation email. Make sure to call with the phone number you provided in your reservation to be directly connected with your valet.

Upon arriving at the airport, follow the airport's P1 parking signs and take a ticket. The Ector valet in a yellow uniform will be waiting for you in the fast zone at the scheduled time. If you inform the valet in advance of your arrival, their presence is guaranteed even if your timing differs by a few minutes from the one indicated during the reservation.

After a quick inspection, hand over your keys and the ticket to the Ector valet. You will then receive a confirmation SMS of the handover. The valet will assist you with your luggage and provide a trolley if you wish.

After collecting your luggage, call the valet at the number provided in your confirmation email to inform them of your return. Make sure to call with the phone number you provided in your reservation to be directly connected with your valet.

The Ector valet in a yellow uniform will return your vehicle in the fast zone of parking P1.
