Premium Park

GENERAL INFORMATION
The PREMIUM PARK parking lot has approximately 650 parking spaces. You can park any vehicle, regardless of its size. The parking is open 24/7 under constant surveillance.

Shuttle Service
At PREMIUM PARK, you keep your vehicle yourself: your keys will not be kept. A shuttle will take you to the airport in 5 minutes. The staff is available to welcome you and assist you with your luggage. Upon your return, the shuttle will pick you up at the airport.

Please note that your reservation includes a free round-trip shuttle ride for 2 people. An additional charge of €5 per extra passenger (round trip) as well as €5 per vehicle for airport access fees will apply.

Traveling with a wheelchair? You can bring it for free on the shuttle.
Do you have a baby seat? You can install it in the shuttle, and it will be stored carefully in our premises during your trip. Upon your return, please inform the driver in advance so that he can reinstall it for free.
Departure
On the day of your departure, please call +32 484 12 59 42, 30 minutes before your arrival, so that the staff can arrange your welcome. The driver will be waiting for you on site.

Return
Upon your return, please call the parking at +32 484 12 59 42, 20 minutes after you have collected your luggage.

Are you a few days late? No worries, please inform us by email at premiumpark.info@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +32 472 52 15 25, specifying the number of days of extension as well as your reservation number. An additional charge of €10/day for late return will be billed upon your return.

Oversized vehicles
For vehicles exceeding standard dimensions (height greater than 2.10m and length greater than 4.50m), a compensation equivalent to the price of your reservation will be requested.

 
SECURITY
The premises are fully enclosed and paved, equipped with an alarm system and surveillance cameras.

To ensure smooth and secure traffic on site, it is illuminated at night and perfectly cleared during the day. When parking, our staff will guide you to ensure the safety and proper order of the parking.

 
SERVICES

ACCESSIBILITY
Departure
On the day of departure, go to the PREMIUM PARK parking lot. Call +32 484 12 59 42, 30 minutes before your arrival, so that the staff can prepare your welcome.

Once on site, present yourself at the entrance of the parking. A staff member will be waiting for you there and will indicate the reserved location for your vehicle. The shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return
Upon your return, please call the parking at +32 484 12 59 42, 20 minutes after you have collected your luggage.

In case of prolonged delay, please inform the parking by email (premiumpark.info@gmail.com) or by phone/WhatsApp at +32 472 52 15 25, specifying the number of days of extension and your reservation number. An additional charge of €10/day for late return will be billed upon return.
